User Accounts

To access billsder features, you are required to create an account by providing your full name and a valid email address. billsder offers three types of subscriptions: Basic, Pro, and Enterprise (availability may vary). The features accessible to you will depend on your subscription type. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. User data entered into billsder remains the property of the User. We are committed to protecting your data and will not retain it beyond what is necessary for the operation of the Service. The information entered for invoice creation is the sole responsibility of the User, as is its use. The Company is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the information provided by Users in their invoices.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs Users of our data collection practices.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If your subscription period has ended, you will need to renew your subscription to regain access to the main functionality of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. While the Company is based in Canada, these Terms are designed to be applicable to Users from any country, in compliance with relevant international laws and regulations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

New Users may be offered a free access period before needing to subscribe to access features. The duration and terms of this free trial may vary based on promotional offers and subscription tiers. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at our discretion.

Subscription Renewal and Termination

If your subscription period ends, you will need to renew your subscription to continue accessing the main functionality of billsder. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Refund Policy

We offer a 1-day refund policy. If you subscribe to billsder, you have 1 day from the date of subscription to request a refund. After this period, we consider the subscription to have been made with the intent to access the product, and no refund will be provided. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team.

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information provided in invoices generated using billsder. The Company is not liable for any errors, omissions, or illegal use of invoices created through our Service. Users must ensure that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

While we are committed to protecting your data, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of billsder complies with all applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
